Tickets are available only through the Bankhead Theater box office at (925) 373-6800, or online at the Bankhead Theater's web site. Epilogue: A fantastic performance of "Requiem" to a nearly packed house at the Bankhead Theater. Thank you to all our fans who came! And thanks to Las Positas Chamber Choir and SF Concert Chorale for singing with us.

We will be joined by singers from the Ohlone Chamber Singers and the San Francisco Concert Chorale for this memorial to the tragic events of September 11th, 2001. The concert will feature Arthur Honegger's Le Roi David, which was composed in 1921 as incidental music for Rene Morax's play by the same name. The work established Honegger's reputation as a composer. Two years later he added Morax's libretto to create the symphonic psalm that you will hear in our performance. The work features an orchestra and soloists as well as a narrator, who will help tell the story of King David's life. The concert will also feature Herbert Howell's Requiem, which was composed in 1936. This work will be unaccompanied. Click here to learn about ordering tickets for each concert.
